Diet Coke Low-cal Float – 1 can of Diet Coke- 1 to 2 tablespoons Italian Sorbet (kiwi or strawberry flavor)- 4 ice cubes – 1 to 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
Vanilla Strawberry whey protein shakes- 2 scoops of whey protein powder – 6 to 8 ounces of plain water – 4 to 6 ice cubes – 8 strawberries- 1/8 tbsp of vanilla essence
Supreme Chocolate Peanut Protein Shakes- 12 oz. water – 4 ice cubes – 1 tablespoon low cal whipping cream – 1 tablespoon natural peanut sauce- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
For all recipes: In a blender, process all the ingredients on medium for 1 minute or until thoroughly mixed and then serve.
